Acceptance

If you access Workspace, you agree to these terms and to applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

The service

Urixoft Workspace is an internal platform operated by Urixoft IT Solutions. It brings together dashboards, tools, projects, and resources for our team and approved collaborators. Access is limited to people we have authorized.

Access and accounts

Accounts are issued at our discretion. You agree to:

• Provide accurate account information
• Keep your password and access keys private — never share them
• Take responsibility for activity under your account
• Report unauthorized access or security issues right away
• Understand that access may be revoked at any time

Confidentiality

Code, designs, data, and interfaces on Workspace belong to Urixoft IT Solutions and are protected by intellectual property laws.

• Do not copy, distribute, modify, or reverse-engineer the platform without written permission
• Treat all Workspace information as confidential
• Do not share platform content outside Urixoft without approval

Acceptable use

Use Workspace only for legitimate work related to your role. You must not:

• Use the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Upload malware, harmful code, or unauthorized material
• Access systems, accounts, or data you are not permitted to use
• Disrupt the security, performance, or integrity of Workspace
• Store or transmit personal data without authorization
• Scrape or extract data from the platform without written approval

Data and privacy

Data on the platform belongs to Urixoft IT Solutions. We may collect usage and system logs for security and operations. We do not sell your data, and we only share it to run the service or when required by law. Protect your credentials — no system is perfectly secure.

Availability

Workspace is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, pause, or discontinue any part of the service without liability.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Urixoft IT Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of Workspace. If you are unhappy with the service, stop using it.

Termination

We may suspend or end your access at any time, with or without notice. When access ends, you must stop using the platform.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes will be handled by the courts where Urixoft IT Solutions is based.
